An email list for those residents who want to be notified about land use permits applied for, finaled, and issued within our neighborhood boundaries. By "land use permits" we mean permits that include demolition, new construction, new uses, new additions, etc. -- things likely to affect the neighborhood or adjacent homeowners. We won't be listing all permits (furnace, electrical, etc.) as the volume would be too high for our volunteers to keep up with.
* To
receive the "MLCC land use permit list" you must sign up for this email separately. This will not automatically be sent to the Everything List or the Land Use and Transportation lists.
All e-mails sent from these lists will come from MLCC@MapleLeafCommunity.org. To avoid having our e-mail land in your trash or spam file, please add this e-mail address to your address book now. We never share your e-mail address. Each
e-mail we send includes a link to immediately unsubscribe from the list.
Please Note: When we send out messages related to public safety provided by local governments -- typically severe weather information -- we send them out to all addresses on all lists. |
