Becoming a Member of the Maple Leaf Community Council supports efforts to keep Maple Leaf a livable neighborhood.
We can process your membership via a credit card or you can mail a check.
Click the "Donate" button below. Your credit card payment will be processed with industry-best security and privacy by PayPal. You will be taken to a PayPal page to securely process your credit card and personal information (a PayPal account is not required). For added security, we do not retain your credit card information.

When you go to the form, you will need to enter a donation amount. The minimum donation for an annual membership is $15.
