Community Meeting Planner

What you'd be doing

• Helping choose the date, venue, and agenda for each community meeting
• Coordinating speakers and topics with the Board and other committees
• Promoting the meeting so neighbors know when and where to show up
• Helping the meeting run smoothly on the day, from setup to Q&A

Community meetings are one of the main ways Maple Leaf residents connect with the council directly, so this role is about making sure those two gatherings a year go well.

What it takes

• Comfort coordinating logistics and communicating with speakers
• A few hours in the weeks leading up to each meeting, spring and fall
