Newsletter Layout Apprentice

What you'd be doing

• Working alongside Laurie to lay out each issue of the Leaflet
• Learning the templates, fonts, and style the newsletter uses
• Gradually taking on more of the layout work as you get comfortable

This is an apprenticeship, not a solo role. Laurie has laid out the Leaflet for years and is looking for someone to learn alongside her so the newsletter has backup and, eventually, a succession plan.

What it takes

• Basic comfort with layout or design software, or eagerness to learn
• About three hours a month around each issue's deadline
• Patience for a gradual, hands-on learning process
